Hispanic-American Women's Association
Who we are...
The Hispanic-American Women’s Association, known as AHAM, is a non-
profit organization, formed by women of Hispanic descent who are
interested in preserving both culture and education in the Upstate of
South Carolina.
History
AHAM was formed in 1998 when a group of Hispanic, professional
women noticed the need to form an organization that would promote
cultural awareness throughout the community, while simultaneously
preserving their traditions, language and ties to their motherland.

AHAM is made up of diverse, dynamic, professional Hispanic women
that enjoy sharing their culture and language.
