The Hispanic-American Women’s Association, also known as AHAM, was established as a non-profit organization in 1998. Since then it has
been dedicated to promoting the Hispanic folklore, culture, and traditions, while working to provide scholarship awards for high school
graduates of Hispanic descent, enabling them to continue their higher education at the university, technical college or vocational school
of their choice. This is made possible through donations received from companies, businesses our memberships and the private sector.
The following table shows the distribution of scholarships.
